This is Stephen Sutton. 3 years ago he was diagnosed with terminal cancer. This picture was taken around 4 hours ago, this will most likely be the last picture of Stephen. He’s likely to die before the morning.

But he has this bucket list, and one thing on the list is to raise £1 Million for the Teenage Cancer Trust. Please donate to the TCT to try and raise the remaining money before Stephen dies, or at least do it in his memory.
